This barge was built in 1976 by Nippon Kokan Kabushiki Kaisha in Tsu, Mie Prefecture.
In 1981-1984 she was owned by Seaspan International Ltd., North Vancouver BC Canada.
In 2000 she was owned by Canadian interests.
In 2025 she was owned by Friendly Luck Enterprise, Hong Kong China.
