Historical Notes

The MMBC stated "Burrows is a trawler tug design largely used to transport freight and passengers between Fidalgo and Burrows Island. Also used for cruising, crabbing and fishing. Her design has blueprints for both wood and steel.

She has a stable seaworthy manner weighing in at 25,000 pounds. Although the Pilot House cabin would suggest a 1930s build it was actually built in Port Townsend in 1993. Home for Burrows is the Anacortes area however the original owners had her down in Port Townsend where she was built."
