In 1903-1917 she was owned by the United States Lighthouse Service.
In 1917-1919 she was owned by the United States Navy.
In 1919 she was owned by the United States Department of commerce, Washington DC USA.
In 1939 she was owned by the United States Coast Guard.
In 1940 she was owned by the United States Army.
In 1946 she was owned by foreign interests.
