She married LCDR Bernard Charles Cook RCNVR in 1945.
She is the mother of CDR (NR) Brian Cook, former commanding officer at Discovery and mother-in-law of Commodore (NR) Christine Newburn, former commanding officer at Discovery.
軍歴
She was appointed as a Nursing Sister (Temp.) RCN (With seniority dated 27/07/1942).
She served in HMCS Naden for RCN Hospital Esquimalt 1942.
She served in HMCS Niobe for RCN Hospital 1944.
She served in HMCS Naden for RCN Hospital Esquimalt 1945. (She was invalided from the RCN with TB in 1945.)
