Biografía
He was the father of Captain Richard Vosper. Fred grew up in Victoria BC joining Island Tug and Barge Ltd.
He worked for Rivtow Marine and Chemainus Towing.
He was certified as a hard hat dicer. (He was qualified as Master Mariner 1964.) He was an owner, with his brother Vern Vosper, of Menzies Bay Marine Services.
He owned the Nitinat Chief and in 1982 he spent 8 years on board while hand logging.
He retired to Cortes Island BC.
