Biographie
In 1904 he became an American citizen. (He was qualified as a Master Mariner.) In 1908-12 he was the Master of the Oceania Vance.
In 1912-13 he was the Master of the C.A. Thayer.
He served in the steel barkentine Alta as Master 1913.
He served in the schooner Matthew Turner 1916-19.
He served in the steamer Edgemore as Master 1919.
He served in the schooner E.K. Wood as Master 1913-16.
He served in the barkentine Forest Friend as Master 1912.
He served in the bark Gratia as Master 1923.
He joined the Weyerhaeuser Steamship Co. 1924.
