In 1910 they incorporated. By working closely with the Victoria & Vancouver Stevedoring Co. and the Shipowners Association of British Columbia they assumed control of local longshore activity.
They were general stevedores and contractors covering all BC ports. Stevedores for Canadian Pacific Railway. The General Manager in 1923 was Captain William M. Crawford. Head Office located in Vancouver BC.
