轶事
They were the successors of E. Stamp & Co. and built the first large mill in British Columbia at Alberni in 1861.
They were exporters of spars to Europe from Puget Sound and Vancouver Island. It's resident manager was Gilbert Malcolm Sproat from 1860-65.
