A fishing lodge located on Quadra Island at April Point. It was established by Phil and Phyllis Peterson.
They started the resort in 1944 after purchasing 200 acres from Judge Reg Pidcock. Besides the hotel, they ran a chinook fish hatchery there, producing more than 3.5 million fish. The sons Eric and Warren Peterson sold the hotel to Oak Bay Marine Group in 1998.
