Biografía
He was the son of the Hon. John Armour and Eliza Clench.
He studied at the University of Toronto and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1884.
He married Agnes M. Spratt of Toronto in 1887.
He practiced law in Ontario for 16 years.
He moved to Montreal in 1900 and then to San Francisco in 1908.
He mined in Nevada for 4 months before moving to Vancouver BC in 1910.
He practiced there with the firm of Davis, Marshall, MacNeill & Pugh.
