Biography
He was a Spanish naval officer.
He served under Manuel Quimper in the Princessa Real as First Pilot or First Mate 31/05/1790.
He was mentioned by Captain Douglas in the Iphigenia in 1789 as "Captain Arrow". de Haro arrived at Nootka 06/05/1789 in command of the snow San Carlos. de Haro returned to San Blas with Martinez in 12/1789.
He sailed again to Nootka under Eliza in 1790.
