Mitchell, John Irvine

After his naval service he had a medical practice in Red Deer AB 1948-88.

He was appointed as a Second Lieutenant COTC (University of Manitoba)(With seniority dated 01/10/1940). (Transferred to RCNVR).

He was appointed as a Surgeon Lieutenant (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 18/01/1944).

He served in HMCS Cornwallis 1944.

He served in HMCS Wallaceburg as Medical Officer 1945. (He was demobilized 17/12/1945.)
