It was a newspaper owned by Foley, Stewart and Welch. Robert Cromie was appointed as Publisher in 1917.
He amalgameted it with the News Advertiser and the Vancouver World. It was owned by the Liberal-backed Burrard Publishing Co. under President F.C. Coates.
