Biographie
In her civilian life she was the Administrative Assistant to the Dean of Dentistry at the University of Manitoba. After 28 years in this position, she was inducted as an Honorary Fellow of the International College of Dentistry.

She was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant (W) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 25/06/1956).
She served in HMCS Queen 1956.
She was appointed as an A/Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 25/06/1956).
She was appointed as a Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 25/06/1955).
She served in HMCS Chippawa 1957.
She was appointed as a Lieutenant-Commander RCN(R) (With seniority dated 22/04/1963).
In 1963 she served in HMCS Chippawa. (She was demobilized.)
