Anecdotes
In 1941 this vessel was seized from her Japanese owners by the Canadian Government. In 1942 her ownership transferred to His Majesty the King. On January 8, 1947 this vessel was stranded one mile west of Singing Sands on Wickaninnish Bay BC.
