Anecdotes
In 1938 this vessel was proposed as a possible member of the Fishermen’s Reserve Fleet, but was not taken up by the Royal Canadian Navy. On August 10, 1985 this vessel sank in Seymour Narrows after hitting a 'boil' and rolling over on to her side. The crew were all rescued. The boat went down off Brown Bay. Apparently the boat sank in water too deep to be salvaged.
