Anecdotes
John Simpson (Email to Nauticapedia 09/11/2020) stated "When my parent (John (Jack) Simpson) owned it my parents had it re-powered with twin Gray Marine gas about 225 hp each. They also added outside controls (flybridge - by Philbrooks). It was sold to CHEK TV and re-named the Saturna Chief , used as a crew boat to service a TV transmitter on Saturna Island." Mary Cobham (Email to Nauticapedia 05/08/2024) stated "When my parents, Joan and Aubrey, bought it, they renamed it Windless. It had a bridge added to it up top where they navigated from. That addition likely would have been done before they bought it. We spent so many summers exploring the gulf islands on her."
