Anecdotes
In 1960 this tug owned by Gulf of Georgia Towing Co., Vancouver BC capsized and sank off Coal Harbour BC. This vessel was going to the aid of the tug Le Beau which had run aground on Dead Man's Island at the time of the incident. Captain Douglas Appleton and Ted Rattenbury managed to climb onto the bottom of the hull and were rescued.
