George Schneider states "TOSHI's Official Number was mistakenly listed as the Canadian identity of the RISING STAR on the CFEC's fisheries data site. Kyle Stubbs noticed one digit difference in the scanty data on the US Coast Guard's PSIX site, and at that point the dates, builder, and dimensions lined up perfectly."
