Anecdotes
Sean Murphy stated "Kootenay Tugboat Ltd. ran the Iris G. towing logs to the mill and CP barge runs as well. "This vessel started in interior lake and Slocan Lake service. Andrew McNichol (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 26/01/2018) states that this vessel"flipped over in the River during the Port Mann bridge project and was renamed the Katzie Pride. This vessel hauled most of the loads into position throughout the duration of the bridge project 2009-2013."
