Anecdotes
The mission vessel may also have been used for mail delivery on the Mackenzie River. This vessel was too light for the demands made on her engine so in 1928 this vessel was replaced by the Immaculata. This vessel was wrecked in a gale on Wilmot Island NWT while enroute to King William Island. It was wrecked in a huge storm in the Wilmot Islands in 1928. Patsy, his brother-in-law Ikey Bolt and a small child were rescued by HBC's supply ship SS Baychimo.
