Anecdotes
In 1941 this vessel was seized from her Japanese owners by the Canadian Government. In 1942 her ownership transferred to His Majesty the King. In 1943 this vessel was tender to H.M.C.S. Chatham. In 1944 this vessel was tender to H.M.C.S. Givenchy. This vessel was laid up at Bedwell Bay in Indian Arm BC after the Second World War.
