It seems likely that this vessel was owned by the United States Army for the Canol Road Project. The place and year of construction are not known but it passed into the ownership of the Roman Catholic Mission, Aklavik NWT. In 1958-1962 she was owned by the Priest in charge of the Roman Catholic Mission, Aklavik NWT. In 1962-1970 she was owned by Charles Sanders, Yellowknife NWT.
