Anecdotes
Boilers by Vulcan Iron Works Vancouver BC. This vessel was sunk by enemy action at Bridgetown Barbados and later salvaged. In 1944 this vessel was torpedoed by the German submarine U-1230 in the Bay of Fundy with the loss of 42 lives.
