Anecdotes
In April 1966 this vessel was towed by Haida Chieftain to Los Angeles with a load of lumber and pulp to pick up a cargo of 7,500 tons of salt at Black Warrior Lagoon in Baja California. The salt was for the Hooker plant in Harmac BC.
