Anecdotes
This vessel portrayed the vessel Persephone for 19 years in the TV series The Beachcombers as the log salvage boat operated by the character Nick Adonidas. Andy Harper (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 27/03/2020) stated "When Smitty (Harry J. Smith) bought the boat in the 1960s it had no name, just the O.N. He asked where to sign, and the seller said "put your John Henry" here ... and it stuck." It is now on permanent display in the town of Gibsons BC.
