This vessel formed part of the pre-war Fishermen’s Reserve Fleet. This vessel was mobilized 15 Sep 1939. On March 4, 1940 this vessel was commissioned into the Royal Canadian Navy Fisherman's Reserve as HMCS Joan W II. In 1940 this vessel was chartered for $360 per month. In 1942-44 this vessel was a tender to HMCS Givenchy. On May 8, 1972 this vessel was in a collision with the All Star off Cape Roger Curtis BC. |
