David Bain states "I bought Shuchona No. 4 in 2019. It has been converted to a live aboard. It is berthed on the Fraser River in Langley. It is in remarkable condition having sone bottom planks replace and others refastened in 2011 while owned by the Britannia Heritage Shipyard. "
