Bill Murphy (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 02/01/2021) stated "Our Father bought the Red Fir No. 7 from Rivtow when they surplused it. It was in storage at Bristol Island. He took it to the head of Knight Inlet and used it as a Camp Boat. It was renamed Hughie Mac."
